2 Chronicles 26:5.
“He( Uzziah the King) sought God in the days of Zechariah, who had understanding in the visions of God; and as long as he sought the LORD, God made him prosper.”
A prophet, (not the Biblical minor prophet with the same name) with the gift of revealing what God was saying through visions, enabled Uzziah the king to prosper.
Kingly and priestly roles functioning together in harmony.
Today, in Christ, we function in both roles.
"And has made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.” Revelation 1:6.
Being a King speaks of authority, and being a priest speaks of access.
This week, pray authoritatively into your situations with confidence as priests in Christ.
