Two very different prayers:
First prayed in the worst place – the belly of a great fish; second prayed in the better place – Nineveh.
First prayed while in affliction; second prayed while God is merciful.
First asks for life; second asks for death.
First prayed from a broken heart; second prayed from an angry heart.
Both are prayed by Jonah.
