“For all the promises of God in Him are Yes and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us.”
AB Simpson (1843-1919) founder of the CM&A churches, wrote several hymns. The following captivates his grasp of the above verse.
“I clasp the hand of love divine,
I claim the gracious promise mine,
And add to His my countersign,
‘I take’ – ‘He undertakes.’”
